Our own Cigar Box Guitar pickup in a 3 string, full humbucking version for an upgraded switchable option for these hand made instruments.

Tough phenol flatwork as standard with rivet anchored coil ends as used in our standard product range. Hand scatter wound coils which are wax saturated or "potted" to eliminate microphonics. Coils are reverse wound, reverse magnetic polarity (rwrp) for hum cancelling & are very quiet in operation. 3 point hook up wire with earth shielding to run straight to a jack output or to wire through a 3 way coil selector switch to give 3 tonal outputs 

A choice of AlNiCo 5 Magnets for a classic tone, AlNiCo 2 Magnets for an antiquated tone,  or modern Neodymium rare earth magnets for a well defined modern tone which really brings the C.B.G to life. The Humbucking twin coil CBG pickup gives a surprisingly muscular output to these tiny instruments & are really fun.
